Associate Professor Dr. Zuhal Çilingir Ük, Director of Bafra Tourism Vocational School, organized a “Director-Student Meeting” where she met with students in a warm atmosphere. The meeting, held in the Director’s Office, allowed students to directly share their views, suggestions, and problems regarding their academic and social lives with the director. Associate Professor Dr. Zuhal Çilingir Ük carefully listened to the students’ requests and provided information about the steps the school administration could take. During the meeting, topics such as increasing the quality of education, internship and career opportunities, social and cultural activities, student dormitories, and campus facilities were discussed. Associate Professor Dr. Çilingir Ük emphasized that they always follow an open-door policy to contribute to the students’ development. The students expressed their satisfaction with the meeting and requested that such consultation meetings be held regularly. The meeting, carried out in line with Bafra Tourism Vocational School’s student-centered management approach, ended in a sincere and productive atmosphere.
