ETS Tur organized an informative meeting for tourism students to address the qualified workforce needs of the tourism sector and to contribute to the professional development of students.
The meeting, held on February 23, 2025, was attended by students from the Tourism Guiding, Tourism Management departments, and the Tourism Vocational School. Speaking at the event, ETS Antalya Operations Manager Evren Pamuk provided detailed information about the company's holiday and summer season staff recruitment, internship process, company policies, accommodation facilities, and working hours. Pamuk explained the concept and operations of "hotel guiding" and answered students' questions. He also emphasized that students who start their internship at ETS Tur have opportunities for advancement within the company.
The program, which aims to provide students with practical experience in the sector, will continue with daily two-hour job introduction events between February 24-27, 2025. The meeting concluded with the presentation of certificates of appreciation to the participating representatives
