A blood donation event, held in collaboration with the OMÜ Faculty of Tourism, Bafra Vocational School of Tourism (MYO), and the Turkish Red Crescent (Kızılay) under the slogan 'It Can't Be Without You', took place on April 29, 2025, between 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
As in previous years, the Faculty of Tourism and Bafra Vocational School of Tourism, which support the Turkish Red Crescent in blood donation, again collaborated with Kızılay to support the blood donation drive this year. To encourage students to donate blood, our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Yetkin BULUT, our Faculty Secretary Hasan AĞIRBAŞ, and our Student Affairs staff member Cemal Şen donated blood together.
The event, in which students and staff of the Faculty of Tourism and Vocational School of Tourism donated blood, continued until 5:00 PM. The event concluded with a commemorative photo session featuring the volunteer donors, the administrative and academic staff of the Faculty of Tourism and Vocational School of Tourism, and the Turkish Red Crescent team.
