Our students need to initiate the Clearance Process by selecting "Submit a Clearance Request" under the "Other" menu on the Student Information Screen in order to complete their clearance and graduation procedures.
The completion of the clearance process initiated by students who are at the graduation stage does not mean that they have graduated; it is carried out in order to initiate the graduation and diploma printing process. Graduation status should be checked via E-Devlet (e-Government).
