The ‘Front Office Management and Sales Techniques’ event, held on December 3, 2024, at 10:30 AM in the Faculty of Tourism conference hall in collaboration with the Faculty of Tourism and Bafra Vocational School of Tourism, was carried out under the moderation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olcay ÖZIŞIK YAPICI, with the participation of Kübra KURNAZ, Deputy General Manager of Anemon, and Sercan ERPEHLİVAN, Sales Manager of Anemon.
The event began with the opening speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism, Prof. Dr. Yetkin BULUT, and continued with questions posed by the moderator and students. The guests were first asked questions regarding their orientation towards the sector, how they started working in the industry, and their own career goals, followed by specific questions related to front office management and sales techniques.
The event continued with Kübra KURNAZ and Sercan ERPEHLİVAN offering sector-specific advice to our students, and concluded with the presentation of certificates of appreciation to the guests by the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism, Prof. Dr. Yetkin BULUT.
