2025-2026 Academic Year Meal Grant Application and Evaluation Calendar
Students must submit their meal grant applications between November 20 – November 28, 2025, via the address “portal.omu.edu.tr” (Username: studentnumber@omu.edu.tr Password: Your student information system login password).
Applications submitted by students with missing, incorrect, or misleading information on the Meal Scholarship application forms will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid. Disciplinary action may be taken against these students if necessary.
Applications will be evaluated by the Meal Scholarship Determination Commission, consisting of at least three people from the relevant units.
Units must list the applying students according to the order of priority, in line with the decision of the Meal Scholarship Determination Commission, and enter them into the system by the end of working hours on December 03, 2025. The lists created by the relevant units must be notified to the SKSDB (Department of Health, Culture and Sports) by the end of working hours on December 05, 2025.
The list of students who are entitled to receive the meal scholarship will be announced on the website of the Department of Health, Culture and Sports (SKSDB) by the end of the second week of December 2025.
Meal scholarship procedures will be carried out in accordance with the “OMU Student Meal Scholarship Directive.”
Students who are entitled to the Meal Scholarship must either be using the Akbank SoliClub application or have applied to the SKSDB for a “Transit Card” (Geçiş Kartı).
NOTE: The period for eating meals with student IDs will end on November 28, 2025.
