In the handover ceremony held at Ondokuz Mayıs University (OMÜ) Bafra Vocational School of Tourism, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zuhal Çilingir Ük took over the Directorship from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seyfullah Gül.
Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Alper Kesten, who attended the ceremony, thanked Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seyfullah Gül for his work and wished Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zuhal Çilingir Ük success in her new position.
“We have made significant progress in the accreditation process”
Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seyfullah Gül said, “During our time here, we worked regularly with our academic and administrative team. We carried out educational revision and curriculum updates. We have made significant progress in the accreditation process.”
“This is a relay race, and for now, I am taking the baton”
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zuhal Çilingir Ük, who expressed her gratitude to OMÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Fatma Aydın for deeming her worthy of this position, said, “I would like to express my gratitude to our Rector, Prof. Dr. Fatma Aydın, once again in your presence for deeming me worthy of this position. I thank Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seyfullah Gül for his contributions and efforts to our Vocational School. We will work to present beneficial work to our University.”
The ceremony concluded after the presentation of flowers and plaques, followed by a commemorative photo session.
