2025 National Internship Program Applications Have Started!
This is an early career program executed by the Presidency's Human Resources Office to ensure that our young talents benefit from career opportunities provided by public institutions and private sector organizations, within the framework of equal opportunity and based on merit.
The program aims to increase the employability of our youth, support equal opportunity in accessing career options, and expand various early career opportunities to all departments.
Students who apply to the Program are evaluated through a transparent, traceable, and innovative method based on academic/professional, artistic/social, and sports proficiency scores, taking into account their performance throughout their educational lives, their efforts to increase their skills, and their achievements. Employers send offers to students based on the scores they receive in these proficiency areas, without seeing their identity or university information.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Those who have not completed 35 years of age as of 01.01.2025 (born on or after 01.01.1990), are continuing their education at universities in Turkey, TRNC, and abroad, and have a Grade Point Average (GPA)* of at least 2 out of 4 (or equivalent in other systems);
2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year students of formal undergraduate programs (excluding medicine, teaching, and dentistry departments),
1st or 2nd-year students of formal associate degree programs, and
Turkish Citizens or Blue Card holders pursuing master's/doctoral degrees at universities abroad.
*Since general grade point averages have not yet been finalized, this condition is not required for 1st-year associate degree students during the application period.
Important Note: On the date of the internship; 2nd-year undergraduate and 1st-year associate degree students are expected to have advanced to the next class, 4th-year undergraduate and 2nd-year associate degree students are expected not to have graduated, and 1st-year associate degree students' GPA is expected to be above 2. Otherwise, employers may cancel their internship offers.

Log In: Log in to the National Internship Program via the Career Gateway using e-Devlet. (https://kariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr/ulusalstajprogrami)
Complete the e-Devlet Stage: Complete the "e-Devlet stage" by checking and approving the incoming information.
Fill Out the Application Form: Fill out the "Application Form" according to the criteria specified in each question and complete your application.
Seize Opportunities: After the application process closes, remember to regularly follow the Career Gateway (https://kariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr/ulusalstajprogrami) to review offers from employers and accept the ones you want.
